UISettings – 1st iOS 5 Jailbreak Tweak Released [Video]

Article by on Saturday, 11 June 2011

The first what I’m sure will be many of iOS 5 tweaks has today been released in Cydia.

The tweak in question is called UISettings and is bought to us by a developer named qwertyoruiop.

The tweak is free and is availble from the following repo: http://qwertyoruiop.com/beta.

UISettings is still in beta as is iOS 5 (only available to developer). UISettings brings the toggles that you would normally see is SBSettings straight to Apples Notification Centre.

The tweak brings toggles for WiFi, Bluetooth, Airplane Mode, Brightness, Volume, Respring, Safe Mode Power Off and Reboot.

Its great to have these quick toggles back in iOS 5 and I can see that UISettings killing off SBSettings.

Have a look at the video for UISettings below…

Let us know in the comments below what you think of UISetting and if you think that its better that SBSettings.
