Pong iPhone Case Reduces Radiation
Pong Research introduces a new case with which it should be possible to reduce radiation from your iPhone. Pong does so by guiding radiation to the back of the case. This way your head is subjected to a lower SAR value.
An EWG study concluded that radiation from mobile phones is harmful. Pong claims that radiation may be reduced with their iPhone case: the direct radiation is 85% and the case reduces the overall radiation by 60%. The iPhone case is made of silicone rubber and provides access to all buttons and features of your iPhone. Pong said the case will not deteriorate the signal strength or battery life.
This is the first iPhone case which is said to reduce radiation. Pong Research’s radiation reducing iPhone Case for iPhone 3G and 3GS should be available in green and black next week and will cost around €40 .
