There is a new app available via Cydia called UnlimTones. This app enables you to browse, preview and download ringtones directly to your ringtone folder, making them available in the settings.app.
The app uses Audiko.net as its resource for ringtones and works really well. To get the app from Cydia you need to add the following source;
