Beta 3 App Store App Problem Fixed!
So after multiple attempts at installing beta 3 last night and trying to Jailbreak it, it came about that RedSn0w 0.9.8 b1 would Jailbreak my devices but then no App Store Apps would work.
Lucky for us though the Dev-Team jumped straight on this problem and fixed the sandboxing issues and released RedSn0w 0.9.8 b2.
With this version of RedSn0w you should point it straight at the beta 3 ipsw and not beta 1.
The Dev-Team note in an update of their blog that is you have already Jailbroken with 0.9.8 b1 then there is no need to re-Jailbreak 0.9.8 b2, all you need to do is the next time you reboot your device just boot it with 0.9.8 b2.
If you already jailbroke 5.0b3 using the previous redsn0w,you don’t need to re-jailbreak…just use this updated version to boot tethered. Start pointing redsn0w at the 5.0b3 IPSW starting with 5.0b3.
This version of RedSn0w is still a Tethered Jailbreak.
